(1) - Create a program that will first of all identify the ISP address of the mail that I have classified as spam and I have junked it;

(2) - The program must crawl and identify the web host where the notorious spam has come from;

(3) Let the software send a "friendly" warning to the ISP and Web Host that an e-mail with IP address so and so is deemed offensive and can they exculpate themselves within 48 hours or else they will face a law suite whose primary emphasis will be to shut them down;

(4) The software should permanently block the offending IP address and bounce off every e-mail back to the sending ISP or Web host until they get so clogged up they must deal with this matter or else "we run them out of town!"

(5) The anti-spam software must be developed under open source arrangement and made available freely for home and personal use. A commercial version should also be developed but priced afford ably from which resources will be raised for continued development of this software.

(6) All the programmers to work on this project must be open minded and enthusiastic to move this project forward.

Don't Bother With New Years Resolutions

Don't bother with New Years resolutions. Seriously, all the hype is around deciding how you are going to change in the New Year. You know and I know that we are not going to change. If we do it’s only going to be a short spurt and then we are going to go back to our comfort zone.

What is even worse is after we fail at that attempt to change for the better we are then going to end up with this residue of frustration and contempt for not keep our promise to our self. Well, I don’t like feeling guilty and I certainly don’t want to begrudge my self for not keeping a promise to my self!

So Wake Up! Stop beating your self up for not following the unrealistic diet or exercise regimen. Don’t belittle yourself if you did not get all those holiday cards or thank you cards out that you said you were going to do the day after Christmas. It’s pointless.

Do I sound a bit pessimistic? No apologies here. Here is the truth:

“Your past behavior is a promising guarantee to your future behavior.”

I know that sounds like a commercial for a prospectus for an investment house but the entire negative boohoo above is really positive. I know it doesn’t seem that way but allow me to demonstrate. Let’s say you have the following list:

Let me clarify, if you find your self worrying about all the tasks you need to complete for the day, just acknowledge “I’m thinking about all the tasks I need to complete today” and then let that thought go.

One more step; begin to spend five minutes a day actively observing your thoughts. This can be during a quiet time for you or after a prayer. Just silence, no talking to your self or anybody else, just observing.

Consciousness is what changes lives, communities and worlds. Once you start down this path you will find your self accomplishing the goals and tasks that you have set out to complete and this time you will not get in your own way.

Springbok Rugby

Bryan Habana is one of the stars of both Super 14 and international rugby, and has endeared himself to all South African Springbbok supporters. Playing on the wing for the Blue Bulls and Springboks, he's a fear to any team with of his devastating pace and strength, add to that his handling skills and the ability to intercept passes seemingly at will - and you have an awesome winger game winner on your hands.

Habana started out his rugby playing days at Meredale Primary School in Johannesburg and moved on to King Edward School. He showed his talent at these levels already but he really started getting noticed when he signed with the Golden Lions side. He was noticed by no less than the Blue Bulls coach, Heyneke Meyer, and of course the Springboks coach Jake White. He was picked for the tour to the Northern Hemisphere and subsequently scored a try against England after coming off the bench and only having played for 5 minutes.

Already considered a legend by especially his home fans in Pretoria, he went on to score the Blue Bulls winning try in injury time at Absa Stadium in Durban, for the Super 14 trophy no less.

Currently on top of his game and one of the key players for the Springbok Rugby team, he is surely one of the players to look out for at this year's Rugby World Cup in France.

At only 24 and already having achieved so much there really is a very bright future for this South African rugby star.
